• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

​Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Only defective items may be returned/exchanged.

• Return/exchange items within seven (7) days from the date of the official receipt.

• The value of the exchange should be equal to the value of the returned item. If the value of the exchange is higher than the original purchase, the buyer will pay the price difference.

• True to its commitment to the quality of its products, all returns to Garrod Specialty Pharmacy are disposed of accordingly and are not resold or put back on our shelves.

• The following items cannot be returned/exchanged.
